Gonkipedia users (or Gonkipedians) are subdivided as follows.
Users
Anyone who contributes to Gonkipedia is considered a user. Users can create their own userpage and edit most pages, except the few that are protected.
Deacons
Deacons are users who have been deemed trustworthy by Gonk. Upon them is bestowed the power of rollback (immediate reversion of bad edits) and operator status in the Gonkipedia IRC channel.
Gonkipedia's current deacons are Madclaw and Greyman.
Gonk
Gonkipedia has one administrator/bureaucrat: Gonk.
